MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, the Court denies Plaintiff's Motion to File an Untimely Response to Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment. Barring any future ruling by the District Court (Hon. Barbara S. Jones), this Court deems Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment (Docket Entry 7) fully submitted.
