OPINION AND ORDER: #98642 that for the reasons set forth herein, defendants' motion to dismiss is granted. Barbosa's Title VII and ADEA claims are dismissed with prejudice and her Section 1981, NYSHRL and NYCHRL claims are dismissed withou t prejudice. Barbosa is granted leave to file a Third Amended Complaint consistent with this Opinion within twenty days of this Order. This shall be the final opportunity to amend her complaint.
