OPINION AND ORDER; for the reasons set forth in this Opinion and Order, Roman has shown no defect warranting vacation of any aspect of his conviction and sentence. His petition pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 2255 is therefore denied. As petitioner ha s not made a substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right, a certificate of appealability will not issue; To the extent Roman seeks further relief in the Court of Appeals, he may do so in forma pauperis.
