ORDER: For the reasons set forth on the record during the July 1, 2010 oral argument, defendants' motions to dismiss the amended complaint, or, in the alternative, to stay this action pending arbitration (Dkt. Nos. 11, 18), are DENIED without prejudice to their renewal following a decision by the Court of Cassation in Kuwait. The stay of discovery in this action remains in effect. The parties are directed to inform the Court by letter as to the outcome of the pending appeal in Kuwait, at which time a conference may be set to establish a further schedule in the action..
