MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons stated in the May 18, 2010 hearing and herein, Fitch's and IKB's motions to dismiss the common law claims against them are denied. IKB's motion to dismiss the claims brought on behalf of Eu ropean Commercial Paper purchasers is granted. Plaintiffs may submit amended complaints by June 10, 2010.
