ORDER: Plaintiff's renewed motion must be filed by December 17, 2010; Defendants' opposition papers must be filed by January 5, 2011; Plaintiff's reply papers must be filed by January 12, 2011; and Oral argument on the motion will be held on January 20, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. Meanwhile, deposition discovery in the case is stayed until the oral argument on January 20, 2011, at which point the Court will consider a schedule for deposition discovery. Similarly, the trial currently set to begin on February 14, 2011 is hereby adjourned, and the rescheduling of the trial will be considered at the time of the January 20, 2011 oral argument.
