Pending before the Court is the motion of Anderson Kill &
Olik, P.C.

("Anderson Kill") to withdraw as counsel for defendant Zvi

Goffer in the above-captioned action.
parties have submitted:

In support of this motion, the

(1) an affidavit from Zvi Goffer stating that

he has elected to terminate Anderson Kill's representation of him in
this case and wishes to retain William Barzee as counsel going
forward;

(2) an affidavit from William Barzee promising that he will

abide by all previously set schedules in this matteri and (3) a
declaration from Goffer's current counsel, Cynthia Monaco of Anderson
Kill, stating that she and her firm pledge to cooperate with Goffer
and Barzee throughout the remainder of this case.
In light of the above representations, the Court hereby grants
Anderson Kill's motion to withdraw as counsel and approves the
substitution of William Barzee as new counsel for defendant Goffer.
