ORDER
On November 5, 2010, the Court entered a Consent Order and Judgment as to Defendant
Rajiv Goel. At that time, counsel for the Commission and counsel for Goel asked that the Court
defer a determination of civil penalties so that any such determination could permit an
assessment of Goel 's cooperation. Accordingly, the Consent Order provided that the Court
would detennine no later than November 1, 2011 whether it is appropriate to order a civil penalty
against Goel and, if so, the amount of the penalty. Counsel for the Commission and counsel for
Goel have jointly requested an adjournment of the control date set previously by the Court and
have supported that request with good cause. Accordingly,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADmDOED, AND DECREED that the date by which the
Court shall detennine whether it is appropriate to order a civil penalty against Goel and, if so, the
amount of the penalty, is hereby adjourned to December 30, 2011.
