STIPULATION AND ORDER
On Novemb~r 5, 2010, the Court entered a Consent Order and Judgment as to Defendant
Rajiv Goel. At that time, counsel for the COmD:ll!!!!ion and counsel for Goo1 asked that the Court
defer a detenniDa~on of civil penalties so that any such determination c~uld permit an
assessment ofGoe1's cooperation. Counsel for the Commission and counsel for Gael have
jointly requested and stipulated to an adjournment of the date set previously by the Court and
have supported that request with good cause. Further, both parties recognize that no further
adjournments shall be granted. Accordingly,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the date by which the
Court shall determine whethor it is appropriate to order a civil penalty against Goel and, if so, the
amount ofllie penalty, is hereby adjourned to Apri127, 2012.
