OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons stated above, Defendants' motion to dismiss is granted with respect to Plaintiffs Fifth, Sixth, and Seventh Causes of Action, but denied with respect to her Third, Tenth, and Eleventh Causes of Action. Accordin gly, Plaintiffs defamation and IIED claims are dismissed, but her discrimination and retaliation claims survive. The Clerk of Court is directed to close this motion (Document No. 12).
