We write on behalf of the parties to seek an extension ofthe discovery deadline to April 13 1
2012. The reason for the request is the need to schedule an additional deposition of Mr. Holman
and conflicting schedules of all counsel with respect to work matters and vacation.
Because neither party has designated any eXPeJ1 witnesses, this extension of fact discovery will
not dtiay the case as the dispositive motion deadline will remain as April 21, 2012.
