EEOC renews its original Motion, since the Affirmative Defenses asserted in Defendant's Answer to the Amended Complaint are identical to the Affirmative Defenses asserted in Defendant's Answer to the original Complaint. The parties have agreed that the Motion may be determined based on the original briefing. ENDORSEMENT: The EEOC's motion (docket entry no. 10) is hereby reinstated, effective as of today's date.
