ORDER: All fact discovery is to be completed by THURSDAY, JUNE 30, 2011. The parties must make their initial expert witness disclosures described in Rule 26(a) (2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, if any, no later than MONDAY, JULY 25, 201l. Rebuttal disclosures must be made no later than THURSDAY, AUGUST 25, 2011. Such disclosures must be made in writing, signed and served, but must not be filed with the Court. All remaining expert witness discovery is to be completed by FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2011. Any potentially dispositive motions must be served and filed on or before FRIDAY, OCTOBER 28, 2011. The parties are directed to appear before The Honorable Laura Taylor Swain, United States District Judge, for a final pretrial conference on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 16, 2011, at 11:00 A.M. This date shall replace the date set in paragraph 9 of Judge Swain's order of May 7, 2010, for purposes of all other deadlines set in that order by reference to that date.
