Equal Employment Opportunity Commission v. Kelley Drye & Warren, LLP
Filing
65
ORDER: By endorsed order dated June 28, 2011, we declined to consider a letter of the same date sent to the Court by non-party Eugene D'Ablemont, Esq. That order and apparently the entire letter were then e-filed on the Court's electronic filing system. Because the letter contains confidential information, the parties successfully obtained a temporary sealing of the letter, and defendant now applies for removal of letter from the electronic filing system. (June 30, 2011 Letter to the Court from Joseph C. O'Keefe Esq.). This application is granted. The Clerk of the Court is requested to remove the letter from the Court's electronic filing system. Instead, the letter is to be filed under seal, and only a copy of the first page of the letter, which contains the endorsed order and no confidential information, is to be publicly filed. (Signed by Magistrate Judge Michael H. Dolinger on 6/30/2011) Copies Sent By Chambers. (jfe)
