OPINION AND ORDER. For the reasons stated above, Defendants' motion for summary judgment (ECF No. 65) is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. All claims against the City of New York, except for Counts XII, XV, XVIII, XX and XXI, are dismissed. Th e Court will also hold a status conference on April 16, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Counsel should report in person to Courtroom 1306 at the Thurgood Marshall United States Courthouse, 40 Foley Square, New York, NY at that date and time, and should come prepared to discuss their availability for trial. re: 65 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Donald Stroman, The City of New York, Edward Sanabria, Serena Smith.
