OPINION AND ORDER. re: DENYING 20 MOTION for Reconsideration, except that attorneys' fees are reduced to $10,000.00. Taking all of this into account, the Court believes that an award of $10,000 in attorneys' fees and costs is fair and reasonable. The Clerk of Court is directed to close this case.
