OPINION #102803: The Court GRANTS Morel's motion for summary judgment that AFP and the Post are liable for copyright infringement as to the Photos-at-Issue. The Court also rejects Morel's arguments regarding the scope of statutory damages available under the Copyright Act and DMCA. The Court otherwise DENIES the summary judgment motions.
