Plaintiffs objections to the Report and Recommendation were originally due by July 2,2012, but the Court on June 27, 2012, granted his request to extend the deadline to July 27,2012 dkt. no. 131]. To date, the Court has received no objections from plaintiff. After a de novo review of the Report and Recommendation, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Magistrate Judge Gorenstein's Report and Recommendation is adopted for the reasons set forth therein.
