ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Accordingly, the Court adopts the Report in its entirety, and, for the reasons set forth therein, grants Plaintiffs motion for summary judgment as to his FLSA and NYLL minimum wage and overtime claims, NYLL spread-of-hours claim, FLSA and NYLL retaliation claims, and liquidated damages claims. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to terminate the motion located at Doc. No. 73.
