OPINION AND ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, the Court holds BOC in civil contempt for failing to comply with the Court's September 29 and October 16 Orders. The Court also sanctions BOC for its civil contempt, ordering that, if BOC d oes not comply with the September 29, 2015 Order by December 7, 2015, BOC shall pay to the Court a coercive fine of $50,000 for each subsequent day of noncompliance. The Court also grants Plaintiffs' request for reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred m bringing the instant contempt motion. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Plaintiffs shall submit, no later than December 11, 2015, an affidavit attesting to their attorneys' fees and costs incurred in bringing t his contempt motion. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT BOC shall have until December 21, 2015 to submit its objections, if any, to Plaintiffs' attorneys' fees and costs calculations.
