MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER, "If at any time before final judgment it appears that the district court lacks subject matter jurisdiction, the case shall be remanded." Because the Complaint fails to allege comp1ete diversity of citizenship a nd because defendant has not met his burden of establishing that this Court may exercise subject matter jurisdiction over this matter, this case is remanded to the state court for a decision on the merits.
