CONFIDENTIAL – ATTORNEYS’ EYES ONLY” by Verathon pursuant to the Stipulated
Protective Order entered on February 5, 2021. See Dkt. 252. Similarly, Exhibits 1–3 are
deposition transcripts designated as “HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL – ATTORNEYS’ EYES
ONLY” pursuant to the Stipulated Protective Order.
Accordingly, Plaintiff respectfully requests that this Court enter an order that unredacted versions
of its Response and Exhibits 1–23, 27–28, 31–34, 36–37, and 39–42 to the Declaration of Stefan
Miller may be filed under seal.
