WHEREAS, plaintiff has accepted' the City Defendants Offer of Judgment
pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 68, and
WHEREAS, the court entered said Judgment on October 15, 2015; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Rule 54(d) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure,
plaintiff's application would ordinarily be due on October 29, 2015; and
WHEREAS, plaintiff is now scheduled to go to trial against the remaining
defendants on November 2, 2015 and has requested a (60) sixty day extension to file his motion
for attorneys fees,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERD, that plaintiffs time to file
his motion for attorney fees, costs and expenses is
