MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: re: 457 MOTION to Dismiss Mary De Luis' Claims for Injunctive and Declaratory Relief. filed by Goldman, Sachs & Co., The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., 441 MOTION to Dismiss Allison Gamba 39;s Claims for Injunctive and Declaratory Relief. filed by Goldman, Sachs & Co., The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. Defendants move to dismiss Gamba's and De Luis' claims for injunctive and declaratory relief. Plaintiffs move to file a supplemental complaint. (As further set forth in this Order.) For the reasons stated above, Plaintiffs' motion seeking to file a supplemental complaint is GRANTED, and Defendants' motions to dismiss Gamba's and De Luis' injuncti ve and declaratory relief are DENIED. By April 26, 2017, the parties shall jointly write to the Court with a proposal on how to proceed regarding Judge Francis' memorandum and order on the parties' Daubert motions, and regarding Judge Fr ancis' report and recommendation on Plaintiffs' motion for class certification, both dated March 10, 2015.
