OPINION AND ORDER: Plaintiff fails to state a prima facie claim for discrimination and/or retaliation under Title VII. Furthermore, he fails to state a claim for retaliation in violation of his First Amendment right to free speech. Defendant's m otion for summary judgment (Dkt. No. 21) is GRANTED.
