MEMORANDUM ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, the interpleader complaint is dismissed without prejudice to litigation of the issues raised therein in an appropriate forum. The case is hereby remanded to state court, and the motions to transfer venue a re denied as moot. This Order resolves docket entry numbers 23, 31 and 33. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully requested to effectuate prompt remand of this case to the Supreme Court of the State of New York, New York County.
