IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and among the undersigned
counsel for Plaintiff and Counter-Defendant Willagirl LLC and Defendant and Counter-Plaintiff
The WeHa Corporation (each a "Settling Party" and., collectively, the "Settling Parties"),
pursuant to Rule 41 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, that any and all claims andlor
counterclaims asserted by any of the Settling Parties against any other Settling Party in the
above-captioned action be, and hereby are, dismissed with prejudice.
IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that the Settling Parties have entered
into a Settlement Agreement pursuant to which this Stipulation of Dismissal is being filed.
This stipulation may be executed in counterparts, all of which when signed shall
