STEVEN M. LIEBERMAN, being duly sworn, hereby declare and say as follows:
1.

I am Partner at Rothwell, Figg, Ernst & Manbeck p.c., counsel for Defendant, MySpace, Inc.
in the above captioned action. I am familiar with the proceedings in this case. I make this
statement based on my personal knowledge of the facts set forth herein and in support of
Defendant's motion to admit SHARON L. DAVIS as counsel pro hac vice to represent
MySpace, Inc. in this matter.

2. I am a Member in good standing ofthe bar of the State ofNew York and was admitted to
practice law in 1985. I am also admitted to the bar of the United States District Court for the
Southern District ofNew York, and am in good standing with this Court.

I have known SHARON L. DAVIS since 2001.

Ms. Davis is a Partner at Rothwell, Figg, Ernst & Manbeck p.c., in Washington, D.C.

5. I have found Ms. Davis to be a skilled attorney and a person of integrity. She is experienced
in Federal practice and is familiar with the Federal Rules of Procedure.

Accordingly, I am pleased to move the admission of Ms. Davis, pro hac vice.
