STIPULATED DISCOVERY AND BRIEFING SCHEDULE FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION MOTION: 1. On or before April 22, 2011, the parties shall serve all discovery requests limited to the issues on Plaintiffs' Motion for a Preliminary Injunction as follows: No more than 3 written interrogatories; No more than 12 requests for the production of documents; and Any Rule 30(b)(6) notice of deposition. 2. By May 20, 2011, Defendants shall answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiffs' Complaint. Plaintiffs' time to respond to any motion made by Defendants with respect to Plaintiffs' Complaint shall be governed by F.R.C.P, and the Local Rules of this Court. 3. By May 23, 2011, Defendants shall respond to Plaintiffs' discovery requests served pursuant to paragraph 1. 4. By May 23, 2011, Plaintiffs shall respond to Defendants' discovery requests served pursuant to paragraph 1. 5. From May 23 to June 14, 2011, Plaintiffs and Defendants shall conduct depositions if they so choose. The number of depositions to be taken shall be agreed upon by the parties' counsel but shall be limited to testimony that may directly bear upon the Motion for Preliminary Injunction before this Court. 6. By June 17, 2011, Plaintiffs may file an amended and updated Memorandum of Law in Support of the Motion for Preliminary Injunction, together with any supplemental supporting materials. 7. By July 8, 2011, Defendants shall serve their opposition papers to Plaintiffs' Motion for Preliminary Injunction, 8. By July 15, 2011, Plaintiffs shall serve their reply papers to Defendants' opposition papers to Plaintiffs' Motion for Preliminary Injunction. 9. The hearing on Plaintiffs' Motion for Preliminary Injunction shall be held by the Court on July 22, 2011 at 3:30 o'clock in the p.m., or at such other time as is agreed upon by counsel and the Court.
