Our office is local counsel for Cardroom International, LLC ("Cardroom") in the above
captioned matter. We write to respectfully request additional time for Cardroom to respond to
the Government's motion to strike their claim and for a brief adjournment of certain upcoming
deadlines. Counsel for Cardroom has consulted with counsel for the Government with respect to
this request and have obtained the consent of Assistant United States Attorney, Michael D.
Lockard, Esq., regarding same.
Specifically, Cardroom requests, without opposition from the Government, the following
amendments to the current scheduling deadlines in regard to Cardroom and the Government:
