This letter is to request the Court's approval for Claimant Robb Evans of Robb Evans &
Associates LLC, in his capacity as Receiver ("Receiver") appointed pursuant to the Preliminary

pages in length and to be filed by not later than August 21, 2012. The Government's Reply
seeks to strike the Receiver's Verified Claim with prejudice and without leave to amend based
on certain misstatements of fact regarding the scope of the receivership estate and ambiguities
regarding the basis of the Receiver's claim which the Receiver seeks to correct in his SUITeply.
