Dear Judge Sand:
The Government writes to respectfully request pennission to file a reply memorandum of
law in further support of its motion to strike the claim of Cardroom International, LLC of 15
pages in length. The additional five pages are appropriate to address new factual assertions
raised in Cardroom's opposition to the motion and its request for leave to amend its claim based
on those new factual assertions. The Government has advised counsel for Cardroom of this
request, but Cardroom has not yet objected or consented to the request.
