Under Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1, Defendants PokerStars, Oldford Group Ltd., Rational
Entertainment Enterprises Ltd., Stelekram Ltd., and Sphene International Ltd., by and through
their attorneys, hereby disclose the following:
(i) that Oldford Group Ltd. does not have any parent corporation, and that
no publicly held corporation holds 10% or more of its stock;
(ii) that Oldford Group Ltd. is the sole parent corporation of Rational
Entertainment Enterprises Ltd., Stelekram Ltd., and Sphene International Ltd., and that no
publicly held corporation holds 10% or more of their stock.
This disclosure statement does not constitute a waiver of any jurisdictional or
other defense.
