ORDER: The Court has been informed by Magistrate Judge Francis that settlement negotiations with the parties in this matter were not successful. The summary judgment motion briefing schedule set at the January 4, 2012 conference stands. If defendants choose to move the Court for summary judgment, their opening brief must be submitted to the Court by January 27, 2012. Plaintiffs' response is due February 21, 2012, and defendants' reply is due March 6, 2012. If defendants choose not to move the Court for summary judgment, the parties shall submit to the Court a proposed joint pretrial order by February 17, 2012. The parties are instructed to consult the Court's individual rules and practices with respect to the drafting ofthe proposed joint pretrial order. ( Motions due by 1/27/2012. The Court has been informed by Magistrate Judge Francis that settlement negotiations
with the parties in this matter were not successful. The summary judgment motion briefing
schedule set at the January 4,2012 conference stands. If defendants choose to move the Court
for summary judgment, their opening brief must be submitted to the Court by January 27,2012.
Plaintiffs' response is due February 21,2012, and defendants' reply is due March 6, 2012.
