for summary judgment in accordance with the Court's April 13th order. F rthermore,
pursuant to the Court's Individual Rules, I write to request that Exhibits Band D to the
Declaration of Jack Lebewohl in support of the motion be filed under seal.
Exhibit B contains Plaintiffs' FedEx invoices from 2003-2004 related to th ir mail order
business. Plaintiffs seek the redaction of the names and home addresses 0 their customers.
Exhibit D contains an accounting report summarizing Plaintiffs' purchase from various
suppliers from 2003 and 2004. Plaintiffs seek the redaction of the financi data.
