All discovery, including any depositions of experts, shall be completed on or before November 22.2011. 4B. The Parties shaU participate in mediation in an effort to resolve this ease no later than December IS. 2011. S. No motion for summaryjudgment shall be served after the deadline fixed for submission of the pretrial order.
