Honorable Jed S. Rakoff, United States District Judge, at the Daniel Patrick Moynihan
United States Courthouse, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York, at 9:00 A.M. on
March 19, 2012, or at such date and time to be determined by the Court, for an Order in
the above-captioned matter granting Defendants’ Motion in Limine to Exclude Sterling
Stamos Documents.
Pursuant to the Court’s individual rules of practice, Defendants served their
