It is FURTHER ORDERED that the scheduling order dated 8/19/2011, is hereby vacated; the parties shall confer on a revised scheduling order that has all discovery completed no later than 6/15/2012, and any dispositive motions fully submitted no later than 7/27/2012. A trial date will be set for this matter at the conference on 2/10/2012, for a date in the early fall of 2012. Requests for adjournment may be made only in a writing received no later than two business days before the conference. The written submission must (a) specify the reasons for the adjournment, (b) state whether the other parties have consented, and (c) indicate times and dates on the two succeeding Fridays when all counsel are available. WHEREAS this case was recently transferred to the undersigned, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties appear on February 10,2012, at 4:30 p.m. in Courtroom 15A,
United States District Court, 500 Pearl Street, New York, NY 10007, for a status conference.
It is FURTHER ORDERED that the scheduling order dated August 19, 2011, is hereby
vacated; the parties shall confer on a revised scheduling order that has all discovery completed
no later than June 15,2012, and any dispositive motions fully submitted no later than July 27,
2012. A trial date will be set for this matter at the conference on February 10,2012, for a date in
the early fall of2012.
