KATHERINE B. FORREST, District Judge:
Having received a letter from counsel for plaintiffs on December 30,2011, and a
response from counsel for defendant on January 4,2012, regarding discovery disputes, it is
hereby
ORDERED that the parties confer in good faith to resolve the disputes. If the meet-and
confer process does not resolve the disputes, the Court will address them at the February 10,
2012, status conference.
To assist the parties in these discussions, this Court notes that it will limit discovery
strictly to those trademark claims actually asserted in the Complaint. The Court is unlikely to
allow the parties to engage in expansive discovery on unrelated patents and products.
