ORDER: As stated at the conference held today, 1. The parties are directed to exchange documents, the contents of which were described by the Court at today's conference, not later than March 7, 2012. 2. The parties shall submit a jointly proposed protective order to this Court or, if one cannot be agreed to, separately proposed drafts of a proposed protective order, not later than March 7, 2012. 3. Plaintiff is to provide the hard drive that was discussed at today's conference to a vendor for processing not later than March 23, 2012, so that documents resident on the hard drive may be produced in this matter.4. A status conference will be held on April 27, 2012, at 3:00 p.m. 5. A trial will begin on October 22, 2012. This Court also provided guidance today to the parties regarding previously outstanding discovery disputes and refers the parties to the transcript of today's conference for such guidance.
