Dear Judge Ellis:
This firm is co-counsel to Plaintiffs J.T. Colby & Co., Inc. d/b/a Brick Tower Press, J.
Boylston & Company, Publishers, and ipicturebooks LLC in the above-referenced action. Pursuant to
Rule 1(E) of Your Honor's Individual Practices, J ~Tite on behalf of all parties to this action to request
an adjournment of the settlement conference currently scheduled to take place before Your Honor on
July 24,2012, at 11 a.m. The parties do not believe that a settlement conference would be productive
at this time, as further discovery remains to be completed and there are unresolved discovery
disputes. There have been no previous requests for adjournment of this conference, and the requested
adjournment will not affect any other scheduled dates in this action.
