OPINION AND ORDER re: 52 MOTION for Summary Judgment, filed by Fred Alger Management, Inc. For the foregoing reasons, Defendant's motion for summary judgment (ECF No. 52) is GRANTED with respect to Plaintiff's retaliation claim and GRANTED with respect to Plaintiff's breach of contract claim.
