OPINION & ORDER re: 24 MOTION to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction filed by Timothy F. Geithner. For the reasons stated above, the Court finds that Plaintiff lacks standing to pursue this action. Because the Court has concluded that Plaintiff lacks standing, it dismisses as moot Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment.
