OPINION & ORDER re: 19 MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(c) filed by Spears, City of New York. For the foregoing reasons, the Defendants' motion to dismiss the§ 1983 claims against the City is GRANTED, the motion to dismiss the § 1983 claims based on inadequate medical care is GRANTED, and in all other respects the motion to dismiss is DENIED.
