OPINION AND ORDER re: 254 MOTION to Dismiss First Amended Complaint. filed by KBC Bank N.V.. For the above reasons, the Court holds that the Antwerp FSC is valid and enforceable as to Plaintiff's claims against both Defendants . Defendants' motion to dismiss is GRANTED and this case is dismissed for forum non conveniens. The Clerk of Court is kindly directed to terminate the motion at ECF No. 254. SO ORDERED.
