Mandel, James Pizzirusso, and Sarah Matz dated 9/9/2015 re: Plaintiff and Defendants jointly request that they be given thirty days (until October 9, 20 15) in order to (1) continue ongoing settlement discussions that began during the pendency of the recent motion decided by the Court in an effort to see if the matter can be resolved; and (2) discuss stipulations or other potential means that may be available to streamline preparation of the case for a damages trial and thereby accelerate its resolution.
