[PROPOSED] ORDER GRANTING CONSENT MOTION OF HAUSFELD LLP TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL TO DEFENDANTS JOHN OSSENMACHER AND LARRY RUDOLPH WHEREAS, the Defendants John Ossenmacher and Larry Rudolph (the “Individual Defendants”) consent to Hausfeld’s withdrawal; WHEREAS, ReDigi Inc. does not object to Hausfeld’s withdrawal; WHEREAS, Plaintiffs do not object to Hausfeld’s withdrawal; WHEREAS, the requirements of Local Civil Rule 1.4 have been satisfied; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: A. The motion of Hausfeld LLP to withdraw as counsel for the Individual Defendants is GRANTED; B. Mr. James J. Pizzirusso, Mr. Seth Rich Gassman, and Mr. Nathaniel C. Giddings’ appearances are withdrawn as of the date of this Order; C. The Individual Defendants shall inform the Court within 30 days of this Order whether they wish to proceed with new counsel or pro se; and 1 D. This Order does not stay these proceedings.
