TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL TO
DEFENDANTS JOHN OSSENMACHER AND LARRY RUDOLPH
WHEREAS, the Defendants John Ossenmacher and Larry Rudolph (the “Individual
Defendants”) consent to Hausfeld’s withdrawal;
WHEREAS, ReDigi Inc. does not object to Hausfeld’s withdrawal;
WHEREAS, Plaintiffs do not object to Hausfeld’s withdrawal;
WHEREAS, the requirements of Local Civil Rule 1.4 have been satisfied;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
A.
The motion of Hausfeld LLP to withdraw as counsel for the Individual
Defendants is GRANTED;
B.
Mr. James J. Pizzirusso, Mr. Seth Rich Gassman, and Mr. Nathaniel C. Giddings’
appearances are withdrawn as of the date of this Order;
C.
The Individual Defendants shall inform the Court within 30 days of this Order
whether they wish to proceed with new counsel or pro se; and

D.
This Order does not stay these proceedings.
