ORDER: The Court is in receipt of the parties' joint conditional stipulation as to liability, dated October 29, 2015. (Doc. No. 178.) In light of the parties' agreement on liability, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the trial previously scheduled for April 11, 2016 shall now begin on February 22, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. and shall only address the issue of damages. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT the parties shall submit a Joint Proposed Pretrial Order, as set out in the Court's October 13, 2015 Order (Doc. No. 177), by January 15, 2016. Within one week of the filing of the Joint Proposed Pretrial Order, any party may file oppositions to any motions in limine and oppositions to any legal argument in a pretrial memorandum. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT the final pretrial conference previously scheduled for March 25, 2016 shall now take place on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at 10 a.m. ( Proposed Pretrial Order due by 1/15/2016., Final Pretrial Conference set for 2/10/2016 at 10:00 AM before Judge Richard J.
