ReDigi Inc., et al. (12 Civ. 00095) (RJS) Hon. Judge Sullivan: We represent ReDigi Inc. (“Defendant”) in the above-referenced action. We are in receipt of the Court’s Order dated yesterday March 21, 2016, re-scheduling the final pre-trial conference in the above matter from March 25, 2016 to April 5, 2016 at 9:30 am. Pursuant to 1.D of Your Honor’s Individual Practices, we write to respectfully request that the final pre-trial conference in this matter be rescheduled to April 4, 2016. The reason for this request is that counsel for Defendant ReDigi are actually engaged in connection with three other previously scheduled court appearances on April 5, 2016, one of which is a scheduled inquest. There have been no previous requests for an adjournment of this final pre-trial conference. We have conferred with counsel for Plaintiffs and co-defendants, who have consented to this request and have confirmed their availability on April 4, 2016 as well. We greatly appreciate Your Honor’s time and consideration in this matter. Should the Court need any further information, we are available at the Court’s convenience. Respectfully Submitted, ADELMAN MATZ P.C. Sarah M. Matz, Esq. Cc: All Counsel of Record (Via Email and ECF) Adelman Matz P.C.
