Re:
Capitol Records, LLC v. ReDigi Inc., 12 cv. 0095 (RJS)
Dear Judge Sullivan:
We represent Plaintiffs in the above-captioned action. We write to request an
adjournment of the pre-motion conference scheduled by the Court for June 28, 2016 (Docket No.
225) until either later that week or the next week. Richard Mandel is unavailable on June 28 due
to a previously scheduled oral hearing at the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board in Virginia, andI
am out of the office that day on a family matter. We have conferred with counsel for defendants
and they consent to this request. Defendants are available on June 29 until 4:00 p.m., and on
June 30 other than during 12:00-2:00 p.m. There have been no prior requests for an
adjournment, which will not affect any other deadlines in the case.
